Yes. All counselling sessions are conducted in strict confidence in accordance with professional ethical guidelines and GDPR regulations. There are limited exceptions required by law (such as risk of serious harm), which I will explain at the outset of our work together.

Yes. Online sessions via video call are available and work just as effectively as in-person sessions for most presenting concerns. They are particularly useful for clients outside Tipperary or Waterford, or those who prefer the comfort of their own space.

The ProvenTherapy Desktop App is designed with GDPR and HIPAA awareness throughout. Crucially, it is a desktop-based system — client data is stored locally on your machine and is never uploaded to any cloud server. This gives the practitioner direct control over their data handling obligations.
