Hi Adonis1, I wanted to tell you that your acknowledgement of sexual addiction is the very first step in
the recovery process. As a counselor working in addiction counseling, I've helped clients process their
role in addiction and how they influence their current actions. I encourage you to see one of the therapists
at Proven Therapy.  One thing we might examine is what exactly is going on with you personally when you
are going through these changes and whether or not they have an impact on your life.  Getting deeper
into exploring the dynamics of your addiction is very instrumental in getting to the bottom of things
and thereby, bringing closure to it.  Know that requesting for consultation is an important step in
getting better.  I hope you achieve your goals. Take Care!

Dear  A,

Don t confuse the minor aberrations at the teenage with the big terms "addictions". Please consult to straighten them out in a session. The bookish or Google reading may complicate the confusion. Please fix an appointment.

Thank you for choosing proven therapy.

Hi Adonis 1, I would advise that you talk to one of us. I belong to the American Association of Sex Educators, Counsellors and Therapist. (AASECT) and the one thing I have learned is that there is a wide variation of what is normal. Is what you are doing causing you distress or interfering with your life? If it is then I would look into the behaviour and what is behind it. Remember by contacting us, you have taking the first step to achieving your goal.
Good luck and take care.
