Me and my self are enemies
My problem is my self. I do not like what I do or say. I feel that I am pathetic. I feel lost. My life and my mind are one big mess. I feel there is something wrong with me. I am not a normal person but I do not know what exactly is my problem. Please, help me.

Dear N.,

what you pose here is a typical philosophical question about your identity. Contrary to common belief, getting to know, accept and enhance ourselves is a difficult process. It is the reason why philosophical counseling exists.
