The complex medication with frequent blood testing is what takes care of the chemistry of the bipolar, however there are usually generic life issues beneath which make up the metaphysics of the disorder. Sometimes these life issues need to be addressed first instead of working with technical issues. Have you tried this?

I welcome the opportunity to assist. I treat Bipolar II from a CBT and psychodynamic perspective, with emphasis on treating the depression first and the maladaptive mania episodes.
