Who Can Help Me Deal with The End of Relationships
I am looking for someone who can help me work through relationship issues. I have been divorced for about three years and also just broke up with my boyfriend of 1 year. I am struggling with coming to terms with this recent breakup, in particular. I fear I may have codependency issues. Ending relationships is particularly difficult for me--I become a little desperate and obsessive. I would like relief from the circular thinking and the feelings of despair (including trying to get my ex-boyfriend back if he is not interested). Thank you.

Hi, Olive. I am so sorry for all that you are going through. You probably have traumatic bonds, rather than codependency issues. If you would like to talk, please contact me. I believe I can help you. Megan Cox, MAR, BCCR

Dear Olive,

Please give me a call through this website. These issues need to be discussed and acted upon quickly so that you do not get exhausted and then keep running into the same circular and traumatizing thinking over and over again. The ending of relationships requires a degree of coaching as to how to deal with the thoughts and emotions that you experience. It can be done.

Regards,
Aleksandar
