Dear Kyersta

so sorry for the loss of your grandmother. You will miss her forever and it is okay to cry. However you are displaying symptoms of grief ( pain from a loss that is affecting your life and daily routine). these symptoms of grief can easily turn into a full blown depression and your statement above that reads "I am not trying to do nothing crazy" worries me. Please do not hesitate to contact me. I am available most evenings. Lets get through this together. Click on my name below for help in the evening hours. I hope the best for you.

The.loss of a loved one can be tragic. I am sorry to hear about your loss. For the loss of sleep Iwwould suggest possible meds. These would be prescribed from a doctor of course. If you need to speak directly please email me.

Dear Kyersta,

I'm sorry to read that you have lost your grandmother. The death of a loved one is always very sad. It is not easy when you lose someone dear to your heart. Showing signs of mourning such as crying or not getting sleep are normal processes to grieving. I would like to talk with you for you to gain a better understanding of the grieving process. I am available now if you would like to talk or you may schedule an appointment at your convenience.
