Help Me Get Things Done
Here's the deal. My life is all sorts of jacked up and I am failing at everything. I'm at risk of losing my job, school is suffering, I run a neglected non-profit and everything's so overwhelming, I just freeze and do nothing. I don't know why I'm coming here. I've already spent hundreds on all sorts of professionals and nothing is working. If you sincerely believe that one session will at least do one thing, I'll consider it. I am bankrupt, so low rates help too. And please speak American or European English. I get replies on other sites that are written so poorly. Thanks.

Dear Carver 77,

Life can be overwhelming but you have made the first step by contacting proventherapy. I can relate to your situation because I have been there myself (even with the part about the nonprofit business). I can definitely help you. Email me or we can chat (whichever you like). I'm available 24 hours a day on weekends and 9pm-7am Monday-Friday. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Dear Carver77,
Thanks for sharing your concerns with Proven Therapy team. You are overwhelmed with the way you think and feel about your life. It appears nothing gives you a sense of satisfaction at the moment. Even you found your attempt to obtain professional help not beneficial. With OCD / ADHD inclinations you feel miserable about your situation and that you do not bring anything to a successful conclusion.
You desires to do one or two sessions that would bring changes in you. Well, with your functional state right now you need much more intensive professional help. You could benefit also from a psychiatric assessment. I have noted your financial situation and the difficulty in paying. If I offer to help you with one week unlimited email for a fixed price, will that help you?  You are in difficulty, and I want to help you.

write down the most important thing you can do for each of those and focus on that... stop throwing energy, worry and time all over the board - it's a behavior of avoidance and you are seeking help because it's time to turn and effect change.

Be mindful that you benefit in some way from that avoidance - but you can get back to it.
First prioritize one thing/behavior or action for each category - WRITE IT DOWN - then do them like a daily mantra for one week.. that's it...

Next week begin stage two.

Sounds like you are in overwhelm and that you need a plan. When you have too much on your plate, it is easy to feel like you can't move. One step at a time and little by little you will start to feel better. If you would like to continue working on this with me via text or e-mail, please contact me. I would be happy to work with you.

You have alot going on and it sounds like you are very overwhelmed.  I think it would be important to sit down and think through everything and find out whats the underlying problem.  You sound like you are buy and when we get busy then everything else starts to suffer because we aren't able to give our full potential to where it needs to be directed.  I would be happy to work through this in an email session or a few.  Depends on how quickly you can adapt to the changes.  I think its important for you to ask yourself if you are truly open minded to what other professionals have said and if you are truly open minded to what I would say to feel more free. If you think I would be of help to you. I would be happy to talk with youl.
