how can i get out of my depression

I am sorry for your sadness.  I know how it feels to be lonely.  It takes a lot of belief in yourself that you want to change and talking through what is going on. I'd be happy to help

Sorry to hear you call yourself lonely, but all is not lost. you do want to get out of it so start by changing your name and getting into therapy!  all of us here are eager to help you, please choose and name, register and change your future.

I am sorry you feel so sad. May I ask if a professional diagnosed you with depression and for how long have you been feeling like this? Are there specific reasons?

Your question reminds me of a line in the film Lady Hawk. It reads: Are you light, or are you darkness? The response: I am sorrow.
Getting out of depression usually involves working through a lot with someone. Not alone.
