Hi,

I can help you identify the skills needed to overcome the experience that occurred in your past.  We can work through the emotions regarding the situation and move forward by coping.  

It's important to understand how our experiences affect us, sometimes we are driven by our emotions which can lead us down a dangerous path.  I can help you incorporate reason with the emotions, by doing so, you can look at experiences with a new viewpoint.
