I'm in desperate need of a session. I'm severly depressed, and I was fired from the facility up here and it's uncomfortable to be seen there, and I don't trust them much. Already they don't give me the proper medical treatment. Please help me. Thank you

Hello Rorac
I am responding  to your request for a session. I am sorry to hear you are depressed and are feeling uncomfortable to be seen. Could you tell me a little bit more about yourself. It sounds like things are not going well right now. And you might feel a bit afflicted by it all. I would like to know what sort of help you find would assist you at this time.

In loving presence,
Yvet

Hi Rorac,
I hear you on getting the appropriate treatment you need on your severe depression.  You have completed the initial step in coming here to proven therapy to address what's going on with you. Depression is a very serious illness and       it can hit people from all walks of life.  We all experience depression from time to time, however, when they escalate,    it can be a total loss of all interests in our normal daily function- interpersonal and occupational spheres.  I think that you seeking medical treatment is significant in you getting your symptoms under control and provide you with the comfort you need to share further.  Know that severe depression does not imply that you are weak by any means           or should leave you feeling shame that you have to withdraw personally.  This would include possibly feeling alone      where you work.  Continue to listen to your feelings and realize that you are important enough to take care of what      needs to be addressed to get better.  If you believe that I can assist you, you are free to contact me at any time.

Hi there ms. I am very concerned about you being severely depressed. If you feel you can't wait for a session with one of  the therapist here, please go to your local hospital. Severe depression can affect thinking and I think it is essential that you receive the proper medical treatment. Once the worst of the symptoms are under control, then you can start looking at what is going on in your life that is causing you to be so depressed. Please, realize you are very important in God's eyes. We all are. You deserve to feel better about yourself and your life. If you think I can help in any way, please contact me.
