I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts and Master Addiction Counselor via NAADAC, as such I may only counsel individuals residing in MA. I believe Psychotherapy is a highly personal process, involving a truly unique relationship between client and therapist.

As a client, you have the opportunity to spend time on yourself and speak freely, feel, and question things in your life without judgement or bias. As your therapist, I act as a guide, a mirror, an observer, a teacher and offer validation. I work with teenagers and adults dealing with a myriad of issues from depression, anxiety, the stress of life changing events, to substance abuse and addiction.

In therapy, the client's needs are paramount, determining treatment modalities. Thoughts are powerful. Therefore, I draw extensively from Cognitive Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
