1. Could you explain how this system works?

Very simple. You can request counseling sessions in different ways. Feel free to use any methods listed below:

a. Visit this page and give a brief description of your problem. You will be contacted by the Counselor as quickly as possible in order to schedule an appointment.

b. You can visit this page in order to see if the Counselor is available online. You can ask any questions that you may have. The Counselor will guide you through the system. Remember, there is no right or wrong way of doing things here. Just feel free to use the system.

2. Is there a way to schedule appointment that suits me?

Absolutely no problem. You can leave your contact details including telephone number. We will contact you by phone to schedule an appointment that suits you.

3. Which form of session would you recommend?

For maximum efficacy, We would strongly recommend interactive sessions like live chat or telephone sessions. Email sessions could be used for follow-up sessions. Interactive sessions would help the therapist to understand your problem in a better way by asking questions. The therapist would also be able to guide you through to the solutions in real time. This is very limited with email sessions. However, if you have some simple questions for which you are looking for some direction/advice, you can choose email sessions.

4. Will my contact details be safe?

We take at most care to keep confidentiality. Your contact details will not be shared to a third party without your written consent. You need not worry about it.

5. How will I know that this service is legitimate?

This is a genuine question. We know that there are potential hoax over the Internet. It is not easy to discern what is legitimate or fraudulent. However, it is worth noting that we have been in this service for over a decade. It is not possible for a fraudulent service to exist for this long. We make sure that our resource persons/therapists are fully qualified and experienced persons in the field.

You should not make payments until you hear back from us. You can ask any questions through your initial contact either through this form or by contacting the Counselor if he is available online here. You will not be charged for such contacts.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We are accepting payments through PayPal only. This is the best reliable and safe service over the Internet as we understand. When you make payments through PayPal your credit card details are not exposed to any services including ProvenTherapy, thus making your life easier and stress free.
